PRIVACY POLICY & PDPA NOTICE — Farmers Union "Protein Power Rover" (Draft, pending client legal review) This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, disclosed and protected when you take part in the Farmers Union "Protein Power Rover" campaign via this website. The campaign is owned by Farmers Union, a brand of the Bega Group (the "Brand Owner"), and administered on its behalf by Elitez (FMCG) Pte Ltd, part of the Elitez Group of Companies (the "Administrator", "we", "us", "our"). We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). 1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT Depending on which activity you take part in, we collect the information you provide, which may include: - Identity & contact details: full name, age, contact number and email address; and, for winners, a mailing/collection address for prize fulfilment. - Survey responses (Free Sample): your answers to the sampling survey (e.g. product awareness and preferences). - Purchase proof (Spend & Win): the receipt image you upload and its details (retailer, amount and date of purchase), including the qualifying Farmers Union product(s) purchased. - Technical & usage data: your IP address and submission timestamp, used for security and fraud prevention. 2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA We use your personal data only to: (a) verify your eligibility and issue free samples and redemption codes; (b) validate receipts and administer the Spend & Win contest, including determining and contacting winners; (c) arrange verification, delivery and/or collection of prizes; (d) send you campaign-related communications (entry acknowledgement, approval, rejection and winner notifications); (e) prevent fraud and duplicate entries; and (f) analyse the campaign on an aggregated, de-identified basis and meet our legal obligations. We will not use your data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent. 3. CONSENT By submitting the entry form and ticking the consent box, you consent to our collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 8). Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a sample, include you in the contest or fulfil a prize. 4. DISCLOSURE & THIRD PARTIES We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to: Farmers Union / the Bega Group, as the party on whose behalf the campaign is run; and trusted service providers who process it on our behalf strictly for the purposes above (e.g. cloud hosting, secure receipt storage and email delivery). Some providers may store or process data on servers outside Singapore; where data is transferred overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where required or permitted by law. 5. PROTECTION & RETENTION We make reasonable security arrangements to protect your data. Receipt images are held in access-controlled storage viewable only by authorised campaign staff. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal or accounting requirements — and no later than ninety (90) days after the winner announcement — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. 6. WINNERS' DATA If you win, we may collect additional identity/verification details and a mailing/collection address for prize release, and the Brand Owner may publish the winner's name (in part) as required to announce results, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. 7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PDPA Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time.
